Role: Community Corps Correspondent

This past summer, I worked as a community corps correspondent at my local radio station, WNIJ, where I wrote stories about my hometown and other parts of Northern Illinois. I stepped outside my comfort zone, traveling to different events across towns and meeting new people, all while learning how to produce a story from start to finish under the guidance of my mentor Yvonne Boose.
